Key Responsibilities

Avery & West Miami Division 

Private Client Advisors are responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-net-worth households through established professional and industry networks, including sectors such as luxury real estate, private banking, wealth management, relocation services, and hospitality. Advisors will manage the full client origination lifecycle, including initiating outreach, conducting needs assessments, facilitating introductory presentations, coordinating enrollment into the firm’s concierge membership platform, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records of client interactions and pipeline activity, adhering to the firm’s operational policies, compliance protocols, and brand standards, representing the firm with the highest standards of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, collaborating with internal teams to align client services with membership offerings, and actively contributing to the retention, growth, and strategic expansion of the firm’s private client membership base within assigned networks and regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in luxury real estate, private banking, wealth management, relocation, or other client-facing professional services

  • Established professional relationships with high-net-worth households and influential networks

  • Proven track record of originating and cultivating long-term client relationships

  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently and independently

  • Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards

  • Deep understanding of luxury service expectations and commitment to exceptional client experience

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other client management and operational technologies

Compensation 

The compensation range for this selected role is $75,000 - $250,000
