Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed in accordance with the membership plan selected at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Membership provides immediate access to the platform, concierge coordination services, and related operational resources, which are considered delivered upon activation of the membership.
Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
Initiation or Enrollment Fees
Any initiation, enrollment, or onboarding fees associated with membership activation are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative processing, account setup, and onboarding services necessary to establish a member account within the platform.
Third-Party Purchases
The firm may coordinate purchases, reservations, or services from third-party vendors on behalf of members. Refunds, cancellations, or credits related to such purchases are subject to the policies of the respective third-party provider. The firm does not guarantee the availability of refunds from third-party providers and is not responsible for their refund policies or decisions.
Where possible, the firm may assist members in facilitating refund requests with third-party vendors; however, the outcome of such requests is determined solely by the vendor providing the service or product.
Service Requests
Concierge coordination services provided as part of membership are considered fulfilled upon the initiation of service coordination or engagement with vendors on behalf of the member. As such, these services are generally not eligible for refunds.
Billing Errors
If a member believes they have been billed in error, they should contact the firm promptly. Verified billing errors may be corrected at the firm’s discretion, including through adjustments, credits, or refunds where appropriate.
Policy Updates
